As much as we love wearing the occasional push up bra, it's important to invest in 2-3 comfortable and supportive pieces to keep you feeling happy and your boobs staying healthy. You may also want to avoid wired bra if the underwire leaves you feeling restricted. 

Wear the occasional sexy, fashion piece by all means. But for day to day use, stick to something supportive.
